Fox News pundit Tomi Lahren is incensed that Chicago prosecutors have dropped all charges against Empire star Jussie Smollett.

Tuesday afternoon she expressed disbelief about the latest twist in Smollett’s case, where he was accused of staging a hate crime against himself in Chicago.

“Hate crimes are unacceptable and so are fake hate crimes. Charges dropped for Jussie? Really?,” she tweeted.

She then claimed “Libs doing backflips to defend Jussie is a new low, even for them.”

That was followed by a tweet asking, “How will the Libs reward faux Jussie next?”

Followers were given three answers to choose from: Dancing with the Stars, CNN Contributor, and The Bachelor. At the time of this report, 58 percent selected The Bachelor.

All 16 felony charges were dropped by prosecutors against Smollett on Tuesday, with Mayor Rahm Emanuel calling it a “whitewash of justice.”

First Assistant State’s Attorney Joe Magats said in an interview with The New York Times  Tuesday that the decision to drop the charges came after Smollett agreed to serve community service and forfeit his bond to the city of Chicago, TheWrap reports.

CBS Chicago reporter Charlie De Mar noted that “Jussie Smollett did community service at Rainbow PUSH Saturday/Monday for about 16 hours total. Charges dropped Tuesday. That along with a forfeit of his $10k bond was enough to drop the charges according to State’s Attorney,” he tweeted.

This not the first time Lahren has rage tweeted about Smollett.

A few weeks ago Lahren mocked the singer, actor saying, “You’re lying Jussie, I can Smollett.” It was one of several tweets she has posted attacking him since he claimed to be the victim of a hate crime.

The far right media personality often puts her homophobia on full display for her millions of social media followers. Just a few weeks ago, Lahren sided with an anti-gay baker at the center of a transgender cake case, writes alternet.

Last month Lahren was triggered to attack the gay community again when she posted: “You can be a proud part of the LGBT community and movement without attacking traditional men and marriage at every turn.”
