If you’ve thought about getting a little nip and tuck and going under the knife for plastic surgery, you might want to think again after a video surfaced of an Atlanta surgeon dancing and making a music video while her clients were unconscious.
Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Windell Boutte is being sued by a woman’s family who says she suffered permanent brain damage during plastic surgery. Ojay Liburd, 26 spoke to Atlanta station WSB-TV on behalf of his mom who he says received a tummy tuck and liposuction in 2016. His mother is one of the victims, he says, who was taken advantage of by the dancing doctor.
Liburd’s mother, Icilma Cornelius, who was also a few credit shy of earning a Ph.D.,got the surgery a few weeks ahead of her wedding day, he said.

“She just wanted to be perfect for her wedding dress,” Liburd told WSBTV. “She had everything going for her.”
However, things took a turn for the worse on the operating table.
Boutte performed a surgery that lasted more than eight-hours and then Cornelius’ heart stopped. Liburd said his mother suffered permanent brain damage and will need care for the rest of her life.
Boutte touts herself as “Atlanta’s most experienced cosmetic surgeon.”
“She delivers customized cosmetic surgical procedures and performs state of the art skin services to create impressive silhouettes, Body Contouring and Skin that glows! She proudly serves the everyday, working clients… and yes, she is discretely DOCTOR TO THE STARS!” her website read.
More than 20 YouTube videos show the surgeon dancing and rapping in homemade music videos. In them you can see the bodies of patients who are apparently under anesthesia. Some of the videos also show while she’s dancing she is cutting into the patients and performing work.
She never got a chance to wear her wedding dress,” Liburd said.
