Music mogul Damon Dash has responded to a $50 million lawsuit alleging sexual battery by photographer Monique Bunn, and said via Instagram that he is the victim of an extortion plot.

Bunn’s legal action alleges that back in April, when Dash hired her to shoot material in Los Angeles for his new Poppington clothing line, he assaulted her in his home, according to Hip Hop Wired. Bunn alleges that Dash had been smoking weed and drinking all day and later entered the bedroom where she was sleeping and fondled her. He was wearing only a robe, Bunn says in the suit.

“While Bunn was sleeping, Dash approached Bunn and placed his hand on Bun’s breasts and placed hands/fingers on Bunn’s buttocks,” Newsone.com quotes the lawsuit as indicating. “Dash did not have permission or consent to touch Bunn’s sexual organs. Dash was wearing a robe and had no underwear on. Dash had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana all day.”

In an Instagram post under his @duskopoppington account, Dash blasts the lawsuit through Bunn’s lawyer, Chris Brown. In his post, Dash refers to Harvey Weinstein, the Hollywood mogul alleged to have sexually assaulted multiple women.

“He is now trying to start the Black Harvey Weinstein MeToo movement against me,” Dash posted. “I’m gonna deal with this on a beach in Hawaii … I will not be extorted .. check your man’s collar at the end wait for it … more depositions with #ChrisBrownTheLawyer coming soon.”

Bunn has claimed that she was able to fight Dash off before he left the room.

In his lawsuit, Brown clams Dash made threats to him.

“I’ma ruin you as a lawyer,” he said. “You’ll never be a lawyer. I bet I’ll make you famous.”

So far, the lawyer, Chris Brown, has not commented publicly on the case.

Dash cofounded the Roc-A-Fella company along with Jay-Z and Kareem “Biggs” Burke.
