May’s World of X Games programming truly kicks off summer sports, with seven never-before-seen skateboard video parts in Real Street 2018, and a look back at the inaugural X Games Minneapolis. Next up, viewers can see what the “Greatest Off-Road Race in America” is all about at The 2018 Mint 400, and close out the month with a recap of the third consecutive X Games Norway.

Real Street 2018
Airs: 5/5 at 2 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT on ABC
Real Street features seven never-before-seen skateboard video parts from on XGames.com. The World of X Games episode will feature all seven video parts, behind-the-scenes footage and athlete interviews from athletes Samarria Brevard, Chris Cole, Trevor Colden, Chris Joslin, Ryan Lay, Cole Wilson and Bobby Worrest. The videos are judged by a panel of industry experts, with their selections for which athlete/filmer teams will be awarded X Games gold, silver and bronze medals announced on the ABC broadcast.
Best of X Games Minneapolis 2017 (Re-Air)
Airs: 5/12 at 2:30 p.m. ET on ABC
The Best of Minneapolis show will provide fans a look back at all the action sports competitions and musical performances at last year’s inaugural event. Guided by X Games Host Jack Mitrani, the show will provide an hour of the top moments from X Games Minneapolis 2017, including musical performances from A Day to Remember, Flume and Atmosphere.
The 2018 Mint 400
Airs: 5/19 at 3 p.m. ET on ABC
Known as “The Greatest Off-Road Race in America,” The Mint 400 is an epic four hundred mile battle between the top off-road racers in the world in over twenty different classes of off-road vehicles. The race was started in 1967, and is steeped in American lore, as thousands of racers, as well as celebrities from around the world, have attempted to tame the brutal Nevada desert. An entire week of events lead up the famed off-road race in and around Las Vegas, including a vehicle parade, drivers meet and greet, pit crew contest, crowning of Miss Mint, multiple parties, qualifying, and contingency / vehicle tech inspection.
Best of X Games Norway 2018
Airs: 5/26 at 3 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. PT on ABC
X Games returns to Norway for the third consecutive year, featuring competitions in Skateboard Street and Snowboard and Ski Big Air, all in the heart of Oslo. The Best of Norway show will provide fans a look back at the competitions and musical performances, kicking off on Norway’s national holiday: 17 May.
