Morris Chestnut and Tank put their strength to the test in a push-up competition, and suddenly, we're feeling a little weak in the knees.
Somebody grab a fan because Morris Chestnut and Tank just turned a friendly push-up competition into a full-blown thirst trap! The two heartthrobs recently flexed their muscles on The Jennifer Hudson Show, and whew, chile! Let’s just say these fine gentlemen are giving us every reason to appreciate grown-man beauty.
The hunks appeared on the popular talk show to discuss their epic careers and latest projects, but it was the calisthenics are what had us hot and bothered.
Chestnut, 57, and Tank, 50, put their upper-body strength on display as they showed off their push-up skills. And while the competition was all in good fun, we couldn’t help but admire the handsome faces and sculpted physiques that have kept these men on our celebrity crush lists for decades.
The mesmerizing video was posted to The Jennifer Hudson Show‘s Instagram page with the caption, “Only at the Happy Place will you catch @therealtank and @morrischestnutofficial going head-to-head in a push-up contest! 😂.” Fans flooded the comments with fire emojis and flirtatious banter. Our girl Jennifer seemed to love the match as well, egging it on while appearing excited in an all-black getup. “Common is punching air rn. Got all the stud muffins on the show today!,” commented on social media user.
Morris Chestnut And Tank Are Aging Like Fine Wine
Chestnut has been making hearts flutter since his breakout role as Ricky Baker in the 1991 classic Boyz n the Hood. Since then, the Hollywood veteran has solidified his leading-man status with unforgettable performances in The Best Man, The Brothers, and The Best Man Holiday. With his signature smile, chiseled features, and undeniable swagger, Chestnut remains one of Hollywood’s most beloved studs.
Meanwhile, Tank has been serenading the ladies with his velvety vocals and romantic ballads since the early 2000s. The Grammy-nominated R&B singer has delivered timeless hits like “Maybe I Deserve,” “Please Don’t Go,” and “When We,” proving his musical talent is as impressive as his striking physique.
And these gentlemen aren’t slowing down anytime soon. Both appear in the fourth season of Hulu’s Reasonable Doubt, bringing their talents to the screen.
We love that Black men like Chestnut and Tank are redefining what it means to age gracefully. They’re talented, seasoned, confident, and still looking downright scrumptious.
As for who won the push-up competition? We don’t know, and we don’t care…we got what we needed out of it!
