Day 16: Cooking/Baking Books:
This cookbook was gifted to me by my lovely friend Rosa. This cookbook is going to add some spicy diversity to my cooking. Marcus Samuelsson’s recipes all have an interesting twist to them. He’s an Ethiopian born Swedish American chef and that mix definitely must add some creativity to his cooking.That chocolate cake pictured isn’t from the cookbook but it was damn good. It hit the spot at tea time.
