WHAT: The competition schedule for the inaugural X Games Sydney at Spotless Stadium is now available at XGames.com. More than 200 elite athletes will compete at the world’s premier action sports event October 19-21, 2018, with live coverage and content across ESPN digital platforms, including XGames.com, the X Games app and X Games pages across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and more. The world’s best will battle it out for a podium spot in Skateboard, BMX, Moto and more. Tickets to X Games Sydney start at $89 and are available at http://www.ticketek.com.au/xgames.

WHO: Additional invited athletes include:
- Nyjah Huston (Davis, California, USA) – With 13 X Games medals in 15 appearances, Huston continues to solidify his dominance in Men’s Skateboard Street. He was the youngest athlete in X Games history when he first appeared in 2006 at 11 years and 8 months, and is still the second youngest of all time. Huston has produced some of the best video parts in the business, with his most recent release from Nike SB titled “’Til Death.”
- Elliot Sloan (New York City, New York, USA) – Defending Big Air gold medalist Elliot Sloan owns nine X Games medals in 12 appearances. Rocking on his guitar and rolling on ramps, Sloan is known for doing both in his Metal & Mayhem video part, where he pulled a 360 on a mega ramp with a guitar in his hand. Sloan has also hosted the Highland Showdown contest for the past two years at his home, where he has an extra-large vert ramp in his backyard.
- Jackson Strong (Lockhart, New South Wales, Australia) – Always a crowd favorite, “Jacko” is the defending Moto X Best Trick silver medalist. The first rider to land a front flip at X Games, Strong led an Australian Best Trick podium sweep in 2011. He took home gold again the following year with the first-ever “The Jack” body varial. In 2013, Strong tried his hand at snow sports, becoming the first Australian to compete in Snowmobile and has since competed in Snow Bike disciplines at X Games Aspen.
- Kyle Baldock (Gold Coast, Australia) – The first BMX rider to win two gold medals at the same X Games event since BMX legend Kevin Robinson in 2006, Baldock has taken six total X Games gold medals, including the Golden Pedal in the inaugural and second Dave Mirra’s BMX Park Best Trick competition. He also produced a heavy video part for World of X Games, titled “The Kyle Baldock Project.”
- Samarria Brevard (Riverside, California) – The first African-American woman to medal at X Games, Samarria took home her first at X Games Minneapolis 2018 with a silver in Women’s Skateboard Street. The 24-year-old is one of the most humble and powerful skaters on the scene and was the first woman to compete in this year’s World of X Games Real Street.
- Josh Sheehan (Donnybrook, Australia) – On April 28, 2015, Josh made history when he landed the first triple backflip on a dirt bike at X Games and motocross legendTravis Pastrana’s Maryland compound. The stunt has since garnered more than 12 million views on YouTube. At X Games Austin 2016, Josh was the only X Games athlete to compete in four disciplines (Best Whip, Best Trick, Freestyle and QuarterPipe), where he took his first gold in Freestyle.
- Leticia Bufoni (Sao Paulo, Brazil) – Leticia is a corporate-backed rockstar, and one of the best-known skateboarders in the world. She blazed a trail for Brazilian women, riding a skateboard against the odds. She took home six straight X Games medals in Women’s Skateboard Street, and after missing the podium in 2015 and 2016 got back with a bronze at the inaugural X Games Minneapolis last summer.
