One of Netflix’s most popular and beloved shows returns next week! Continue reading to check out the trailer for season 7 of Black Mirror and everything we know about it so far.
Black Mirror explores the dark side of technology and its impact on society, presenting thought-provoking, often dystopian, stories in self-contained episodes. This week, Netflix announced that Charlie Brooker’s dark, satirical anthology series will return on April 10th, with six brand new episodes, including a sequel to the sci-fi adventure USS Callister. In addition to Brooker, Jessica Rhoades and Annabel Jones also served as executive producers for the Broke & Bones produced series.
Lead cast members that were previously announced include Awkwafina, Milanka Brooks, Peter Capaldi, Emma Corrin, Patsy Ferran, Paul Giamatti, Lewis Gribben, Osy Ikhile, Rashida Jones, Siena Kelly, Billy Magnussen, Rosy McEwen, Cristin Milioti, Chris O’Dowd, Issa Rae, Paul G. Raymond, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jimmi Simpson and Harriet Walter.We now know that they will be joined by Michele Austin, Ben Bailey Smith, Asim Chaudhry, Josh Finan, James Nelson-Joyce, Will Poulter, Jay Simpson and Michael Workéyè. With such a stacked cast and a history of always delivering, this upcoming season of Black Mirror promises to be one of the best ones we’ve seen to date.
