SEC Network continues its full coverage of the NCAA Women’s Final Four, featuring live reporting from Columbus, Ohio and Starkville, Miss. Peter Burns will lead the network’s programming originating in Starkville with Dari Nowkhah and Nell Fortner reporting on site from Nationwide Arena.
With Mississippi State’s second-straight Final Four overtime victory Friday night, Burns will be on site in Starkville starting Saturday, March 31 for the 10 p.m. ET edition of SEC Now. Burns and SEC Network analyst Amanda Butler will be live from The Hump Sunday, April 1 to provide sights and sounds pre-game on SEC Network + and SEC Network Alternate at 5 p.m. This special championship edition of SEC Now will also feature live updates from Fortner and Nowkhah in Columbus before opening tip at 6 p.m. on ESPN. SEC Now will provide post-game action from all angles on SEC Network immediately following the National Championship game.
Former Mississippi State center Chinwe Okorie will team up with Burns from Starkville on Saturday evening for SEC Now, and the trio of Burns, Butler and Okorie will report live from The Hump for the official watch party Sunday. Okorie has been part of SEC Network’s programming from Starkville since Thursday, providing perspective on what it takes to perform on women’s college basketball’s biggest stage after she helped lead the Bulldogs to the National Championship game a year ago.
SEC Network women’s basketball analyst and former Tennessee Lady Vol standout Andraya Carter continues to contribute to SEC Network’s digital content this weekend as SECNetwork.com provides exclusive access to the festivities around Columbus.
