The relationship between the Republican Party and the Black community over the past 20 years has been a roller coaster, marked by both moments of support and instances of contention. Let’s break it down, urban-witty style.
First, the positives. The GOP has consistently championed economic policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship. Think Opportunity Zones, spearheaded by Senator Tim Scott, a notable Black Republican.
