LISTEN! Packer and Durham Preview
ACC Network’s (ACCN) daily morning show, Packer and Durham, hosted by Mark Packer and Wes Durham premieres Friday, Aug. 23, live from its studio home in Packer’s basement in Charlotte, N.C. The show, airing weekdays from 7-10 a.m. ET, will deliver news and commentary from around the ACC’s 15 institutions. In addition, Packer and Durham will be simulcast on SiriusXM ACC Radio channel 371.
The Packer and Durham studio, the first multi-camera ESPN studio to originate from the basement of a personal residence, has a full set with a desk for four individuals, along with a special spot for Packer’s dogs, Chester and Fuller. The set includes built-in movable bookshelves, faux brick walls, window treatments and artifacts from each ACC school, as well as personal memorabilia gathered by the duo from throughout their careers.
Packer and Durham will be produced and remotely managed out of ESPN’s Bristol, Conn., headquarters.
Packer and Durham Studio Technical Capabilities:
- 20 Fillex lights and two built LED elements on the scenic walls
- Four Panasonic AW-UE150 robotic PTZ cameras, feeding 1080p content via independent streams to Bristol’s PCR D8 over a 1 Gig fiber circuit, with a return feed for talent
- DigiCo Area4 audio core

Owned and operated by ESPN in partnership with the Atlantic Coast Conference, ACC Network (ACCN) is a new 24/7 national network dedicated to ACC sports launching on August 22, 2019.
