Olivia Wilde recently received the worst kind of birthday “gift,” but the actor and filmmaker thanked a fan for it anyway.
Musician Amelia Randall Meath of Sylvan Esso tweeted that she “totally obliterated” a public toilet in Los Angeles, only to discover that the “Booksmart” director was waiting to use it. Meath tweeted a public apology:
So I just totally obliterated a public restroom in LA and then opened the door and OLIVIA WILDE was waiting and I accidentally said ‘hi!’ As she passed me into the horrible hell I had just created. I am so sorry Olivia Wilde. I love your work.
