Coverage of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship presented by Capital One continues on ESPN and ESPN2 with the regional semifinals and finals. Action tips off Friday, March 23, at 7 p.m. ET, with the Kansas City and Lexington regional semifinals, and continues Saturday, March 24, with the Albany regional semifinals at 11:30 a.m., and the Spokane regional semifinals beginning at 4 p.m. The remaining matchups in the women’s championship will be full national telecasts, and available to stream via the ESPN App.

Highlights

  • MAC Madness: Buffalo and Central Michigan become the first two teams in the Mid-American conference to advance to the Sweet 16 since 2007; Buffalo plays in the Albany Regional semifinal, facing the reigning champion South Carolina, while Central Michigan takes on star Sabrina Ionescu and Pac-12 champion Oregon in a Spokane Regional semifinal
  • Asia Durr and the Louisville Cardinals head to Lexington to face No. 4-seed Stanford, led by Hall of Fame coach Tara VanDerveer, on Friday (9 p.m., ESPN)
  • Kansas City Regional will feature No. 4 NC State facing No. 1 Mississippi State, followed by No. 3 UCLA playing No. 2 Texas
  • No. 1 UConn, heading into its 25th consecutive women’s Sweet 16, will face No. 5 Duke

SEC Now continues to highlight the five teams (two men’s, three women’s) representing the SEC in the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments. Hosts Peter Burns and Dari Nowkhah will be joined by a rotating cast of analysts, including Pat Bradley, Amanda Butler, Nell Fortner and Antoine Walker. The commentating crew will be live in studio throughout the weekend, including full shows at 12:30 a.m. Thursday night, 10 p.m. on Friday evening, 11 p.m. Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday.
