As the last exhibition in our list that marks the occasion of the centenary of Schiele’s death, Egon Schiele: Pathways to a Collection at Belvedere Vienna showcases its collection of artist’s paintings, including Eduard Kosmack, Façade of a House, Death and Maiden, Embrace, and Four Trees.
Focusing on the collection’s history, the curator Kerstin Jesse will address the works’ acquisition, their subject matter, and the people they portray.
The exhibition Egon Schiele: Pathways to a Collection will be on view from October 19th, 2018 until February 17th, 2018.
