  • Available Now: First episode breaks down James Harden’s performance vs. 76ers on Friday
  • Exclusively on ESPN+ available on the ESPN App, ESPN.com and connected TV devices.

As the NBA season heads toward the playoffs and critical performances by the league’s most prominent players, Detail, the unique sports analysis program from five-time NBA champion Kobe Bryant and ESPN, has returned for a new season of 15 episodes, exclusively on ESPN+. The first new episode is available now and features Bryant breaking down the performance of the Houston Rockets’ MVP candidate James Harden versus the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday.

Detail, which is written and hosted by the two-time NBA scoring champion Bryant, is produced by Bryant’s Granity Studios in collaboration with ESPN. Each episode features Bryant’s high-level analysis and insights as he breaks down games and individual performances throughout the NBA, WNBA and college basketball.

Harden, the NBA’s top scorer this season, had 31 points in the Rockets 107-91 win over the 76ers in Houston on Friday night. Bryant shows how Harden reads the Rockets’ fast break, moves without the ball, and evaluates options in the offensive half court. Of course, Bryant also shows how Harden puts the ball in the basket.

During the NFL season, Detail expanded to include Peyton Manning, with the legendary quarterback working in collaboration with NFL Films and Granity Studios to host, write and share his insights through eight regular season episodes and two special episodes leading up to Super Bowl LII. Manning, a two-time Super Bowl champion, analyzed game performances of 10 of the league’s starting quarterbacks: Josh Rosen (Arizona), Matthew Stafford (Detroit), Baker Mayfield (Cleveland), Patrick Mahomes (Kansas City), Eli Manning (N.Y. Giants), Deshaun Watson (Texans), Andrew Luck (Colts) and Philip Rivers (L.A. Chargers), as well as Tom Brady (New England Patriots) and Jared Goff (L.A. Rams).
