Nationwide — Rapper Young Jeezy has once again touched the hearts of many as he shared in a now-viral Instagram post about a brave young boy fighting stage 3 cancer who he met on a flight and offered his first-class seat to.
The 11-year old boy named Andre was on his way to Memphis for his treatment, according to Jeezy’s post. After he offered his seat in the first-class where he was sitting, Jeezy sat next to the boy’s mother and talked about her son, adding that she was an amazing and strong mother.
“She told me about how mighty of a fighter her son has been,” Jeezy wrote.
The conversation led to him inviting the mother and son to his show, which Jeezy said in his post that Andre showed up “like a boss.”
The rapper, who founded the Street Dreamz Foundation, is not new to showing generosity. He gave back to his community in several ways including when he donated 2,500 backpacks with school supplies to Atlanta kids back in 2016.
