It was only a matter of time before other big names would become attached to the ongoing legal drama surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs. Now, a re-filed lawsuit is accusing rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy in 2000.
According to NBC News, the anonymous accuser says the assault happened at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.
The lawsuit was originally filed in October in New York, listing only Combs as a defendant. The suit was re-filed on Sunday (Dec. 8) to include Jay-Z (real name Shawn Carter) as a defendant.

The lawsuit says that a friend dropped the accuser off at the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall. The accuser did not have a ticket and approached various limo drivers in an attempt to enter the venue.
The lawsuit states that one driver claimed to work for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” He invited her to a party after the show and told her to return to his car later in the evening after he transported Carter and Combs, according to the suit.

The driver picked her up later in the evening and drove the accuser 20 minutes to the after-party, where she had signed an NDA to enter.
More from NBC News:
She was offered a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down,” the suit said. She went into a room to rest.
Shortly after, the suit said Combs and Carter entered the room with Combs saying, “You are ready to party!”
That’s when she alleges that Carter removed her clothes and held her down and raped her while Combs and another unnamed female celebrity watched. She says Combs also raped her as Carter and the woman looked on.
The suit says she was able to resist being forced to perform oral sex on Combs by hitting him in the neck and that he “stopped.”
After the alleged assault, the suit says, she “grabbed her clothes” and left. She made her way to a gas station where she called her father.
The accuser, who filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, is seeking unspecified damages.
Jay-Z responded to the lawsuit via Roc Nation’s social media on Sunday night, blasting attorney Tony Buzbee, who filed the suit on the accuser’s behalf and is representing several other alleged victims of Combs.
In part, Jay calls the lawsuit “a blackmail attempt” on Buzbee’s behalf, while discrediting the true victims of sexual assault.
“My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world,” Jay says, “who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.”
