In a failed attempt to show some semblance of sanity after his Trump supporting Twitter tirade, Kanye West posted a picture of gun control activist and Parkland shooting survivor Emma Gonzalez saying she was his hero, but the Parkland shooting survivor wasn’t having it.
On Saturday, West wrote: ‘my hero Emma Gonzalez’ and then posted a pic of himself with a shaved head and captioned it: ‘inspired by Emma’ like the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School who has become one of the most vocal advocates of gun control.

But West’s wanna-be salute to Gonzalez didn’t impress the 19-year-old who had to endure a horrific day where 17 of her classmates and some teachers were killed in the violent shooting.
Emma Gonzalez issued an epic clap back to the rapper.
She tweeted a photo too with the caption:
“my hero James Shaw Jr.”
James Shaw Jr. is the humble hero who tackled a gunman who had an AR-15 rifle and shot up a Tennessee Waffle House killing four people. Because of Shaw’s heroism, he possibly saved many lives that day.
John Legend already done told you Yeezy that this is NOT a game!
Since the fatal shooting Shaw has raised more than $200,000 for the victims’ and their families.
West has been Kanye-ing on Twitter these past few days and people aren’t quite sure what to make of it. From eyebrow raising faux-deep pontifications about life to full on foolery with pics wearing a MAGA hat.
Over the weekend, the embattled rapper dropped a new track that includes an exchange between him and Atlanta hip hop legend T.I. going back and forth about Ye’s support of President Trump and his “Make America Great Again” agenda.

Meanwhile, the rapper took to Twitter Friday to insist that he and activist/songwriter John Legend are still friends, even after a raucous text conversation they shared after West’s Twitter spree supporting President Trump.
West shared a selfie of himself and Legend at the baby shower for Legend’s wife, Chrissy Teigen, late Friday evening, both smiling, with the caption, “We got love. Agree to disagree.” An hour later, West posted a 1-minute video of Legend playing the piano under the caption, “Lead with love.”
West now says he wants to love everybody which had led him to picking his mom’s plastic surgeon pic to be the cover art for his new album. His mom Donda died a day after having plastic surgery and West said that he wants to use the picture of the doctor with the title: Love Everyone, reports People.
