The August 4 edition of ESPN Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell will emanate live from Yankee Stadium as the first place New York Yankees and Aaron Judge host the defending World Series Champion Boston Red Sox and Mookie Betts. The exclusive, national telecast will begin at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and the ESPN App. It is also available on ESPN Radio and ESPN Deportes.
Matt Vasgersian will call the action on ESPN with analyst and World Series Champion Alex Rodriguez, analyst and Olympic Gold Medalist Jessica Mendoza and reporter Buster Olney.
The team of play-by-play voice Jon “Boog” Sciambi and analyst Chris Singleton will provide commentary on ESPN Radio, the national radio home of Major League Baseball. Audio from the broadcast is available on the ESPN App.
Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet will precede Sunday Night Baseball with a roadshow from the Bronx at 6 p.m. on ESPN. Karl Ravech will host the show with analyst Eduardo Perez.
ESPN will document the 2019 MLB Trade Deadline this Wednesday, July 31, with two special telecasts. Baseball Tonight: Trade Deadline Special will air live leading up to – and through – the deadline, from 2-4:30 p.m. on ESPN. A second Baseball Tonight episode will air from 7:30-8 p.m. on ESPN. Both shows will also be available to stream via the ESPN App. ESPN’s trade deadline coverage will be hosted by Karl Ravech and include insight, analysis and reports from World Series Champion analyst Mark Teixeira, ESPN MLB Insiders Buster Olney, Tim Kurkjian, Jeff Passan, and Keith Law.
This week on ESPN’s Wednesday Night Baseball, July 31, the Chicago Cubs and Javier Baez will visit the St. Louis Cardinals and Paul Goldschmidt at 8 p.m. Sciambi will provide commentary with World Series Champion and analyst Davis Ross and analyst Perez. This will be a national telecast with no local blackouts.
On the August 5 edition of ESPN’s Monday Night Baseball presented by USAA, the Oakland Athletics and Khris Davis will visit the Cubs and Kris Bryant at 8 p.m. on ESPN. Dave Flemming will call the game with analysts Ross and Kurkjian. The trio will call the action from the left field seats at Wrigley Field. The telecast will be subject to local blackout restrictions in the Chicago market.
