  • More than 50 Hours of Programming Available Throughout the Summer

In its continued effort to showcase the best of elite amateur athletes, ESPNU will once again present Summer of Next Presented by GEICO, highlighting the best in high school athletics throughout the remainder of the summer. The slate of programming begins with the High School Baseball National Championship Series (June 27) and closes with the GEICO ESPN High School Football Kickoff (August 24-26). The more than 50 hours of programming will also include the Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Games, GEICO High School Baseball City Series, Premier Girls Fastpitch and the American Legion World Series.

High School Baseball National Championship Series
Thursday, June 27
Constellation Field, Sugarland, Texas
7 p.m.

An inaugural one-week tournament designed to promote high school players from around the country as they represent their states on a national stage.

Under Armour All-America Lacrosse
Saturday, June 29
Johns Hopkins University, Washington, D.C.
Girls Game: 5:30 p.m.
Boys Game: 8 p.m.

The 2019 Under Armour All-America rosters are selected by INSIDE Lacrosse and a selection committee. The All America girls’ roster is available here and the All-America boys’ roster is available here.

GEICO High School Baseball City Series
Thursday, July 11
Curtis Granderson Stadium, University of Illinois-Chicago
Third Place Game: 3 p.m.
Championship Game: 6 p.m.

This inaugural event features four All-Star teams comprised of high school players from Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and New York City representing their cities and the sport of high school baseball on a national stage.

Premier Girls Fastpitch National Championships
Saturday, July 27
DeAnna Manning Stadium, Irvine, Calif.
18U Championship: 3:30 p.m.
All-American Game: 7:30 p.m.

Premier Girls Fastpitch showcases top teams and elite high school softball players from across the country.

American Legion World Series
Saturday, August 17 – Monday, August 20
Shelby, NC

The American Legion World Series showcases the top high school baseball players competing on regional teams in this summer baseball league.

GEICO ESPN High School Football Kickoff
Friday, August 23 – Sunday, August 25

GEICO ESPN High School Football Kickoff is in its tenth year and is comprised of seven games available throughout the weekend on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU. Full details on participating teams, times and network designations will be available in the coming weeks.
