Teyana Taylor may be a mom of two but you wouldn’t be able to tell that by her rock-hard abs. And her firstborn Junie is much to thank for that. “My daughter really is my trainer, and she does not play around. She’s a real active little girl, so running all around, I swear, keeps me in shape,” Teyana revealed to US Magazine.
Teyana can thank genetics for her impressive body, a source told E!, the singer has always had “a crazy dope body.” Which makes sense, since Teyana admitted to having poor eating habits. “My diet sucks. I eat pizza, fried chicken, macaroni; I don’t eat vegetables. But I dance!” she said in an interview with Vogue
The secret to Teyana’s abs is dancing. “Dancing is my workout. I just dance. I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world,” she told E! News.

At 53 years old, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas’ body hasn’t aged a day since her days rocking overalls with TLC in the 90s. Known for her melodic voice, smooth baby hair and rock-solid midsection. Chilli views her body as a temple and treats it as such.
“You have to take care of the temple like God wants us to,” Chilli told ESSENCE. “Your older self will tell what the younger self did. The earlier you start, the better.”
That philosophy combined with healthy eating has been the key to maintaining her core.
“For me, it starts with what I put inside my body,” she told BET. “I generally try to eat everything organic and I cook a lot. I don’t eat out much. I only eat at places where I can get a ton of veggies. I also don’t drink alcohol. I naturally don’t like alcohol and I’ve never liked it.”

Victoria Monét has been open about her struggles with PCOS and the difficult birth of her daughter Hazel which have influenced her current lifestyle. In 2019, she told MTV, she opened up about her “lifestyle.”
“Just making sure that I’m doing my best and transferring my gym work to a healthy eating lifestyle kind of certifies me for a longer and healthier life in general.”
Monét would also do intense training with her ex-boyfriend, a personal trainer, John Gaines.
Yeah Glo! GloRilla burst onto the scene with her infectious female anthem ‘FNF.’ She stayed humble, worked on her craft, and kept her body tight. Now, she’s on top of the rap game with a highly-praised debut album and glow-up for the rap books.
Glo is a naturally petite woman, but she maintains her abs through workouts. She captioned the photo, “Getting ready for da Hot girl summer tour like *sunglasses emoji* @theestallion what we doing???????”
Janet Jackson is the mother of all abs. If you look up abs, a picture of Janet in a white crop top and black bottoms at the VMAs would pop up. The superstar, whose music has transcended generations, maintained a vigorous workout routine to keep her body in top shape.
According to one of Janet’s trainers Tony Martinez, one of the ‘Velvet Rope’ singer’s favorite ab exercises is “the cross-legged reverse crunch. “It works the hips and core and gets her the definition in those sexy abs she’s known for,” he told Essence.
Megan Thee Stallion didn’t just embark on a fitness journey on her own, she encouraged her fans to as well. She created Hot Girl Bootcamp to galvanize her Hotties into working out and becoming their best self. She would share her workout with Women’s Health detailing her routine.
