This past weekend, Emily Bustamante and her longtime rapper boyfriend, Fabolous were all booed up and spotted walking through a crowd at Coachella, just a month after court docs alleged Fab punched the mother of his children seven times in the face and knocked out two teeth, reports Hot New Hip Hop.
Fab and Emily B can be seen in a video making their way through a concert with security.
After a video of a fight between the two surfaced, Emily B got her daddy caught up in the mix wanting to then take on Fab himself. Footage from the incident showed him threatening her father and brother. The 40-year-old rapper, whose real name John David Jackson, was locked up on formally charged with assaulting Emily B.

Fabolous has been on the downlow since the backlash he’s received from the abuse allegations. The Shade Room had all the receipts showing Fab and Emily together walking through the Coachella crowd. But there’s no official word if the two have reconciled.
Fab was set to appear at a court date in the aggravated assault trial, but had it delayed until mid-May. He was allegedly upset when he discovered through Instagram that Emily B was in Los Angeles on March 7 while he was also there on business. Court documents indicate that Fabolous “became enraged” and threatened Emily through several text messages saying that he wanted to hit her in the head with a bat, but he “did not want to go out like that.” He also allegedly said he wanted to kill her.

The docs also state that Emily had her dad and brothers come to her home to remove various guns before Fabolous returned. When he realized the guns were missing, he then threatened to put a bullet in her dad and brother, which resulted in the terroristic threat charge against the rapper.

If convicted, he could face three to five years in prison along with up to $15,000 in fines for the assault charge.
