Rapper Lil Reese has got a story to tell about the big scar lining his neck as a result of being shot in the throat area earlier this month.

But after he took to Twitter to tease that it will cost a cool million to get the story out of him for an interview, urban culture YouTube channel Vlad TV shaded his attempt to capitalize off an interview with them about the shooting ordeal, Complex reports.

Reese, whose real name is Tavares Taylor followed with some big money dreams about what it would take to make an interview with DJ Vlad a reality.

Vlad saw Lil Reese’s tweet and wasted no time busting his bubble.

The “Us” rapper was shot Nov. 11 in the neck in the suburbs of Chicago, local station WGN reported. Reese reportedly was pursued by a gunman who shot him with a small rifle, witnesses say. An unidentified individual took Reese to the hospital where he was treated, then stabilized and transferred to another facility.

No suspects have been apprehended as of yet, according to reports. A vehicle was found at the site of the shooting with blood on the driver’s seat and on the ground nearby.  Police are also searching for a tinted windows white or gray Chevy Malibu, that has a Wisconsin license plate, according to WGN.

Reese thanked his fans for their constant stream of well wishes and prayers.
