2019 CONMEBOL Copa America Kicks Off Friday on ESPN+ with Brazil vs. Bolivia

• All 26 matches to be streamed on ESPN+, June 14 – July 7
• Top stars to include Messi, Philippe Coutinho, Luis Suarez, Alexis Sanchez, James Rodriguez
• Familiar ESPN commentators for 12 matches – opener, quarterfinals, semifinals and final

ESPN+ will stream all 26 matches of the 2019 CONMEBOL Copa America exclusively in English in the United States beginning Friday, June 14, with host Brazil vs. Bolivia at 8:30 p.m. ET from Estádio Cicero Pompeu de Toledo in Sao Paulo. ESPN+ will also stream the matches in Portuguese.

ESPN play-by-play commentators Fernando Palomo, Sebastian Salazar and Adrian Healey – will join former Venezuelan National Team player Alejandro Moreno to call 12 of the 26 matches over three weeks, including the quarterfinals, semifinals and the final on July 7. (Commentary from the other 14 matches will be taken from the world feed.) ESPN commentators:

• Moreno – A studio and game analyst, Moreno played for Venezuela’s 2011 Copa America team that finished fourth, that nation’s best record in the tournament;
• Palomo – The leading ESPN Deportes and ESPN play-by-play commentator has called soccer’s biggest events – World Cup, UEFA European Football Championship, UEFA Champions League and more. Palomo will call the tournament’s opening match;
• Salazar – A soccer host, reporter and commentator, Salazar will make his debut calling a major international tournament on an ESPN platform;
• Healey – The veteran ESPN play-by-play voice joins Moreno for two quarterfinals, the semifinals and final. Healey has provided commentary for men’s and women’s World Cup tournaments, the UEFA European Football Championship and more.

Copa America debuted in 1916 – 14 years before the inaugural World Cup – and is the oldest and longest-running continental tournament in soccer. The biennial competition features the 10 South American national teams (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela) of the CONMEBOL Confederation, as well as two non-CONMEBOL teams invited to participate.
