A Bronx Criminal Court judge on Thursday allowed Danilo Payamps Pacheco, one of the suspected gang members accused in the Bronx bodega murder of 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz, to leave Rikers Island if he can make bail of $500,000, authorities said Friday.

According to the New York Daily News, if Pacheco, 21, is able to come up with the money-cash or property- he will have to surrender his passport and wear an ankle monitor, a spokeswoman for the Bronx District Attorney said.

The other 12 suspects have all been ordered held without bail. A 14th suspect is still being sought in the slaying of the teen.

The killers are allegedly part of the Trinitarios gang who were looking to attack a member of the rival sect when they attacked Junior in a reported case of mistaken identity.

The murder was caught on video and quickly went viral.

Following the slaying, NYPD charged 14 alleged members of the Triniatrios gang, ranging in ages from 18 to 29.

The violent criminals later wrote apology notes to the victim’s family on Facebook, authorities said.

The heartbroken mother of Junior spoke with PIX11 News to share how she’s coping with the loss of her son.

“I would like to have my son back,” Leandra Feliz said. “I don’t feel like I’m the same person. I need closure. They killed my son, they have to pay.”

She’s been visiting her son’s grave daily to help her cope.

“It’s not easy to sleep,” Feliz said. “The only way that I can sleep is if I have a T-shirt with my son’s [picture on it], and I put it in my chest, then I can go to sleep with my lovely son because I feel like I’m hugging him. That’s the only way I can sleep.”

Another court hearing for Pacheco is scheduled for next month.
