Following the success of its first season on ESPN+, NBA: Year One begins its second season documenting the rookie experiences of the top six picks of the 2018 NBA Draft. The first two episodes of Season Two will debut on ESPN+ Wednesday, October 10, with new episodes posting each month of the 2018-19 NBA season.
Through a total of eight episodes and four shorts, the second season of NBA: Year One will give fans an all-access view of the most notable NBA rookies, from their off-season preparation for the NBA Draft through the NBA Summer League, team camps and the entire regular season.
Season Two will tell the rookie stories of top draft picks DeAndre Ayton, Marvin Bagley, Luka Doncic, Jaren Jackson Jr., Trae Young and Mo Bamba, as well as other rookie prospects including Grayson Allen.
The first two episodes will focus on Ayton (Phoenix Suns), Jackson, (Memphis Grizzlies), Bamba (Orlando Magic), Young (Atlanta Hawks), and Allen (Utah Jazz), bringing fans a behind-the-scenes look as the rookies begin their professional basketball careers and prepare for the NBA Summer League.
