Queen Bey celebrates 20 years since her last 'i-D' cover with a stunning new photoshoot and a powerful message about building her beauty empire.
While her husband, Jay-Z, has been making major moves with his JAŸ-Z 30 tour, Queen Bey has been busy doing big things of her own, and of course, while looking absolutely fabulous!
Beyoncé recently graced the cover of i-D magazine to celebrate her haircare brand Cécred’s expansion into the United Kingdom, and baby, she looks GOOD! The global superstar continues to prove she’s not only one of the greatest entertainers of our time but also a visionary businesswoman.
For the special October 2026 edition, the Grammy-winning artist posed in a luxurious white fur ensemble that left little to the imagination. The dramatic off-the-shoulder look revealed her toned legs and gorgeous curves, while pointed white stilettos (adorned with the Cécred oil bottle cap on her heels, duh) added another layer of refinement to the sultry ensemble.
Her honey-blonde tresses fell in wet, defined waves past her shoulders, perfectly complementing her glowing skin. Diamond jewelry added just the right amount of sparkle, giving the entire look the glamorous swag Queen Bey’s known for.
Photographed by Blair Caldwell and styled by Shiona Turini, the cover reminds us that Beyoncé has always been, and will forever be, “That Girl” who knows exactly how to command attention without saying a word.
The cover marks 20 years since her last appearance in i-D, which celebrated the release of her 2006 album B’Day. This time, however, Beyoncé is shining a spotlight on another passion: her growing haircare empire.
In an exclusive interview with i-D, the singer opened up about building Cécred alongside her mother, Tina Knowles, and their vision for creating products that actually deliver results.
“I’m the founder, visionary, and sole investor—not the face or model for this brand,” Beyoncé told the publication. “I had a vision to build something that solved real problems and performed so incredibly that the people who can’t stand my music still use Cécred, haaaa! … because it works.”
Since launching Cécred in 2024, Beyoncé has made it clear that her involvement goes far beyond attaching her famous name to a product. She’s invested in creating a brand rooted in haircare traditions, science, and the knowledge passed down through generations.
As Cécred expands across the pond, the mother-of-three continues to prove her influence extends far beyond the stage. While we will always love new music from the mogul or seeing her set a stage ablaze, it’s equally inspiring to watch her build a legacy as an entrepreneur.
Twenty years after her last i-D cover, Queen Bey is still serving looks, breaking boundaries, and showing us what it means to evolve.
All hail the Queen.
