Rap goddess Kash Doll visited 'Posted On The Corner' to school us on bringing classic Detroit stunt energy to the stage of Birthday Bash ATL.

 
Birthday Bash ATL is about to kick off summer 2025 with a set of live performances that we already know will be unforgettable, especially with headliners on the bill like Detroit’s own rap goddess, Kash Doll!
Following last year’s arrival of her album, The Last Doll, in addition to experiencing motherhood for the second time, the “Ice Me Out” emcee is more than ready to stunt as per usual by preparing to, as she put it during our exclusive POTC chat recently, “give ’em what they’ve been waiting for.”

Of course, we had to get a stunt 101 lesson on what it truly means to get fresh in the Motor City by way of the certified Detroit player herself. Whether “getting Buffs” by way of Cartier or pulling off some variation of the classic kit, Kash Doll reminded us that her whole city is filled with main character energy. Thankfully she’s making sure fans get a dose of that during her Birthday Bash set, and we’re banking on DJ Misses screaming the loudest based on how well they vibed in the studio during our sit-down. The toddler mommy also kept it real about using the rollout of her latest album as motivation in overcoming postpartum depression, and even gave us some insight on jumping back into her acting bag.
