Naomi Osaka is not just a tennis superstar; she’s a budding fashion icon. And her latest look at the U.S. Open is proof.
On August 27, Naomi didn’t just step onto the court—she owned it. Returning to the popular sports event, she wore one of the boldest, trendsetting ensembles we’ve ever seen in the tennis world.
And we’re still gagging!
Before her match-up began, Naomi stole the spotlight as she warmed up in a green and white outfit. Her Ambush and Nike ensemble featured fluorescent green accents channeling the neon pop of a tennis ball. Her fit’s green shade also gave us cool summer vibes.

The mental health advocate also embraced her youthful, playful side, rocking a white training jacket with a statement-making green bow on the back. The bow was larger than life and everything we needed. She paired it with a green Velcro miniskirt layered over a pearly tulle petticoat.
Can we say fairy vibes?
Once the game officially started, she quickly switched up to reveal a sporty, chic, and adorable matching-winning tennis set. Her neon green athletic tank brought the drama with small frills along the sides, and the white band around her waist added just the right touch of contrast. Naomi’s skirt featured a smooth fabric panel in the front and rows of folded frills in the back.
Naomi summed up her fashion moment on Instagram (and Twitter/X) with the caption, “N.Y., I love you, but you already knew that.” And let’s just say the feeling was mutual.
Fans quickly showed their love for the fit, with one calling it a “Sick fit!” Another wrote, “Every bit of extra that I need in my life.”
After taking a break from the sport, becoming a mother, and returning to tennis, Naomi isn’t just redefining what it means to be an athlete, but an icon. She is owning the court her way while setting a new standard for sporty fashion.
