According to Fox 5, Judge Ural Glanville has been removed from the YSL RICO Trial. This decision has sparked a bunch of speculation and concern among legal experts, observers, and those closely following the trial. Rapper, Young Thug as well as his group “YSL” have been fighting a RICO trial since 2022. Fulton County Judge Rachel Krause made the decisions after the request was submitted by Young Thugs attorney on July 15.
Krause stated “no doubt that Judge Glanville can and would continue presiding fairly over this matter if the recusal motions were denied,” the “necessity of preserving the public’s confidence in the judicial system”
The case centers around allegations of organized crime and racketeering involving members of the YSL gang and its affiliates. It has been one of the most high-profile legal battles in recent years. More news to come as the story develops.
