The Special Election is Today!
All ballots must be postmarked before 8 pm on April 28. Remember to sign and date the oath before mailing your ballot back. If you received your ballot in the mail, you do not need to add postage to the provided return envelope. If you printed your ballot, you will need to supply your own envelope and stamp.
Alternatively, you can drop off your ballot in a secure drop box outside of the Baltimore City, Baltimore County, or Howard County election offices, or at the following voting centers, which will be open between 7am and 8pm today for in-person voting and same day registration.
For Baltimore City voters who live in the 7th Congressional District:
Edmondson High School
501 N. Athol Avenue
Baltimore, Maryland 21229
For Baltimore County voters who live in the 7th Congressional District: Martin’s West
6817 Dogwood Road
Windsor Mill 21244
For Howard County voters who live in the 7th Congressional District: Howard County Fairgrounds
2210 Fairgrounds Road
West Friendship 21794
The State Board of Elections strongly recommends that those who are able to vote by mail, do so. The in-person voting centers will have ballot marking devices and same day registration. Learn more.
If you need to register to vote, to prove where you live, bring your MVA-issued license, ID card, or change of address card, or your paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with your name and new address.
