POSTPONED – National Cannabis Festival Moves 5th Year Celebration to September Amid COVID-19 Concerns

The festival headlined by Method Man and Redman will now take place on September 19th at RFK Stadium.

WASHINGTON, DC – In the wake of the COVID-19 global health crisis, the organizers of the National Cannabis Festival (NCF) have decided to postpone the 5th Annual Festival originally scheduled to take place on April 18th at the RFK Campus. NCF will now take place on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the same location, on the RFK Campus.

“Postponing this year’s festival was not an easy decision to make, but we know it is the best way to protect our guests, the D.C. community and our team. Our first priority is the safety of our festival goers, vendors and staff, and we look forward to hosting NCF in September and seeing our community celebrate together,” said Caroline Phillips, founder of the National Cannabis Festival.”

All purchases for the April date will be honored for our rescheduled September date. However, General Admission purchasers can request a refund by filling out the following form before April 20, 2020 and can expect refunds to start being delivered on May 20, 2020. VIP pass holders can contact [email protected].

“We share the D.C. community’s concerns as we brace ourselves for the long-term impact this will have on our schools, healthcare institutions, local economy and, most importantly, our families,” Phillips added. “In this time, we urge our community of supporters to follow the recommendations from the CDC and the Department of Health and do their part to help the most vulnerable individuals and families get through this health crisis.”
