- X Games Athlete Experience Panel Announced
- Studio X Dome to House Athlete Film Screenings, Studio X Talks, DJ Dance Parties and More
The 24th edition of ESPN’s annual winter sports competition, X Games Aspen 2020, returns to Buttermilk Mountain from January 23 – 26 and will host a variety of entertainment and activities suited for the whole family throughout X Fest, located at the base of Buttermilk Mountain. The festival will feature sponsor activations, interactive courses, athlete meet and greets, giveaways and the return of last year’s fan-favorite X Trials Obstacle Course.
Now on sale, a limited number of fans will also have the opportunity to hear directly from superstars at the Athlete Experience Panel on Friday, January 24 at 2:30 p.m. MT in the XIP Tower. Danny Davis, Mark McMorris, Tom Wallisch and David Wise will speak to fans in a panel moderated by snowboarding legend Barrett Christy with hot chocolate, popcorn and a Q&A to follow. Passes for the panel can be purchased at xgames.com/tickets.
In addition to a wide variety of ticket options, X Games is also offering travel and hospitality packages including a 4-Night + 4-Day XIP Sport & Diamond Club Music Package at the Little Nell Hotel and a 3-Night + 3-Day XIP Sport & General Admission Music Package at Hotel Jerome. Both options include access to the XIP Tower.
STUDIO X
Studio X is the hottest spot in X Fest for fans of all ages to step inside the world of X Games. The heated dome will feature DJs spinning nightly, the latest film releases by pro athletes and the opportunity to hear X Games influencers discuss how they broke into action sports, what inspires them to design the world’s best competition courses and learn first-hand about the life of an athlete during Studio X’s daily educational workshops.

X TRIALS OBSTACLE COURSE
The exhilarating X Trials Obstacle Course returns and will test competitors speed, strength and agility. To be rewarded for their skills, fans can run the course, beat their time and earn a spot to compete in the X Trials – Winter Warrior Jr. Final on Friday, Women’s Final on Saturday and Men’s Final on Sunday.
X GAMES ALL ACCESS
Utilize the official X Games Aspen 2020 app to play X Games All Access. Fans can stop by each of the locations listed in the X Games All Access tab of the app to win prizes like a Polaris Snowmobile, XIP Passes, upgraded music experiences in the Diamond Club, front-of-the-line access to athlete meet and greets and more.
STRIDER ADVENTURE ZONE
Making its X Games debut, the Strider Adventure Zone lets “little friends” explore the snow on a Strider Bike adapted to ride in the snow.
X SQUAD
The X Games hype team, X SQUAD, will be roaming X Fest and competition areas throughout the weekend to stoke out the fans. The team engages fans to participate in big-screen games, dance offs and sponsor giveaways.
