Cornette, a familiar face across ESPN’s college basketball coverage this past season, was also a co-host on Kap&Co weekdays on ESPN1000 in Chicago, and a host of The Jam a local morning news program. Prior to joining ESPN, Cornette spent two seasons as a college basketball analyst with CBS Sports Network.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Cornette played basketball at Notre Dame from 2001-05. The former Fighting Irish forward was a two-time captain and holds the program’s career record for blocked shots.
“Being a student-athlete at Notre Dame was such an extraordinary experience,” said Cornette. “It brings me great joy and excitement to join the ACCN family and cover the performances, share the stories, and celebrate the successes of all the incredibly talented individuals in the ACC.”
Along with his ACCN analyst and anchor duties, Cornette will also serve as a co-host for Spain and Company on ESPN Radio.
