“Power Book II: Ghost” Season 4 New York City Premiere
In a turn of events, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson wants a judge to drop his defamation lawsuit against the mother of his child, Daphne Joy. This comes after the lawsuit was launched after Daphne Joy accused 50 Cent of abuse via Instagram earlier this year.
TMZ reports that 50 Cent filed to have the lawsuit thrown out of court without prejudice but it isn’t known on what parameters the mogul and rapper is basing his decision on. Back in March, Joy accused 50 of sexual and physical abuse, after he took digs at her over being connected to a lawsuit involving Sean “Diddy” Combs.

50 filed his lawsuit this past May but the post making the explosive claims was deleted in July by Joy in what TMZ framed as her trying to keep the peace with the father of her child. The outlet suggests this might be the way 50 Cent is looking to move on from the lawsuit in a larger effort to patch things up.
In other news, a quick look at Fif’s Instagram page reveals he was recently on The Drew Barrymore Show. He also recently attended a New York Fashion Week event that he documented in his usual style while promoting his Branson cognac and Le Chemin Du Roi Brut champagne brands.
