  • 28 International Club Matches from Three Continents July 20-August 11

ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Deportes Radio, ESPNU and ESPNEWS will combine to cover the 2018 International Champions Cup (ICC) presented by Heineken July 20 – August 11. The series of 27 international club matches between 18 championship teams – including AS Roma, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Sevilla, and more –  will be played in eight countries across North America, Europe and Asia over a three-week period.

The ICC begins Friday, July 20 with Manchester City vs. Borussia Dortmund, live from Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois at 9:00 p.m. ET (ESPN Deportes, ESPN2 and will be streamed live on the ESPN App).

The ICC will feature key matchups, including a rematch of the 2017-2018 UEFA Champions League quarterfinals between Manchester City and Liverpool FC (Sat., July 25); a North West Derby, between two of English football’s most successful teams – Manchester United and Liverpool FC (Sat., July 28); and a rematch of the 2017-2018 Champions League quarterfinals between Real Madrid and Juventus (Sat., Aug. 4).

In addition, ESPN2 and the ESPN App (in Spanish) will televise the inaugural Women’s International Champions Cup Final event on Sunday, July 29, at 9 p.m. ET, from Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. The Women’s ICC Final will culminate a four-match series (semifinals, third-place and final) among four teams.

Play-by-play voices Ian Darke and Jon Champion lead the ESPN commentator teams that will call these international pre-season matches between championship-winning clubs.

Other English-language play-by-play commentators include Steve Cangialosi, Mark DonaldsonRoss Dyer, Sebastian Salazar and Jonathan Yardley, along with match analysts Craig Burley, Julie FoudyHerculez Gómez, Shaka Hislop, Kasey Keller, Matt LawrencePaul Mariner, Kate Markgraf, Janusz Michallik, Alejandro MorenoGary O’Reilly and Stewart Robson.

 ESPN Deportes commentators include Spanish-language play-by-play voices Fernando Palomo, Mario Kempes, Richard Méndez, Tato Noriega, Robert Sierra, Barak Fever, Herculez Gómez, Mauricio Pedroza, Roberto Abramowitz, Roger Valdivieso, Flavio Pereira and Alex Pareja, among others.

ESPN Deportes Radio play-by-play will be headlined by Jorge Ramos, alongside Dionisio EstradaMarcelo MasantiOmar Salazar and Kenneth Garay. The analysts include Hernán PereyraElmer PolancoJosé del ValleRicardo MayorgaDiego Cora and Leo Vega.

International Champions Cup de 2018 en ESPN
