The Voicing & Action Project is a collaborative initiative between the Case Western Reserve University’s Social Justice Institute and the residents of East Cleveland to gather the stories of East Cleveland and work together to collectively envision the future of the city. This archive is comprised of the interviews gathered by Community Researchers from 2012-2014.

Once the owner of Bibbs Records Store on the corner of Euclid and Superior, Mr. Bibbs operated the first African American business on that corner for 27 years.
