Today, espnW announced its roster of sponsors for the 10th annual espnW: Women + Sports Summit presented by Toyota. Toyota returns for the seventh year as presenting sponsor. First-time sponsors New Balance and Rothy’s will join returning sponsors Gatorade, Wells Fargo, Procter & Gamble and the V Foundation for Cancer Research.

The sold-out gathering will take place October 21-23 at The Resort at Pelican Hill, in Newport Beach, Calif. The Summit serves up keynotes, conversations, panels, W Power Talks, and interactive breakout sessions, all focused on the most timely topics and issues that lie at the intersection of women, sports and culture.

“The espnW Summit thrives thanks to the smart, creative and immersive support of our sponsors, who cultivate unique experiences for our Summit guests,” said Laura Gentile, ESPN senior vice president, marketing. “It’s been a joy to work with such a strong group of partners since the Summit’s inception, particularly Toyota who has been so loyal and innovative working with us.”

Presenting sponsor Toyota is a longtime supporter of female athletes and women in sports. In addition to showcasing the 2020 Camry TRD on-site, Team Toyota athletes and professional NASCAR drivers Hailie Deegan and Brittney Zamora, as well as Toyota executive Monique Jackson, will be interviewed by Sarah Spain in the Women Going Places spotlight interview. Leading up to The Summit, Deegan and Paralympic gold medalist Darlene Hunter will be featured in two SportsCenter features. Team Toyota athlete and Olympic hopeful Jordyn Barratt (Skateboarding) will also participate in the “Voices of the Future” panel.

Gatorade returns as the official sports fuel sponsor and will once again provide guests with Gatorade products during all athletic activities. Because hydration should not stop when you stop sweating, Gatorade will be also featuring their newest innovation BOLT24 — advanced, all-day hydration with antioxidants for the 24/7 athlete.

Official financial sponsor Wells Fargo returns to host Executive Office Hours, a program in which attendees will be able to interact one-on-one with senior executives from a variety of companies and industries. Wells Fargo will also sponsor headshot sessions throughout The Summit.

Rothy’s joins as a first-time partner of The espnW Summit after sponsoring The espnW Summit NYC this spring. Inspired by the women of today, Rothy’s creates chic, lasting, endlessly-wearable shoes built for life on the go. Rothy’s has been deeply committed to sustainability since its founding, transforming post-consumer plastics into beautiful, comfortable, machine-washable shoes.

Rothy’s Elie Donahue, Gatorade’s Jill Abbott and Wells Fargo’s Shari Van Cleave will all join WNBA COO Christy Hedgpeth to kick off Summit programming with the annual Women in Leadership panel, hosted by espnW columnist and ESPN commentator Sarah Spain.

Procter & Gamble also returns as a sponsor this year, represented by three brands with a strong history of supporting women and girls: Always, Olay and Secret.

Sponsoring the Summit for the fifth consecutive year is the V Foundation for Cancer Research. As part of the #MyMVP social campaign, guests will be invited to name their MVP that inspires them in the fight against cancer on the #MyMVP wall. The organization will also provide attendees with educational materials that drive awareness for cancer research.

New Balance joins The Summit for the first year, serving as the official athletic footwear and apparel sponsor of the 10th annual espnW Summit. New Balance will gift all attendees with footwear from the new Fresh Foam X collection and Heat Loft apparel, and plans to spark conversation around The Power of Sport with Team NB lacrosse athletes Kylie Ohlmiller and Marie McCool, and Team NB runner, Brenda Martinez. Brenda will also lead morning runs on Tuesday and Wednesday.

In addition to branding and on-site integrations, Summit sponsorships will feature digital and social activations across espnW’s platforms.

The espnW: Women + Sports Summit is the only event of its kind in the industry. Through structured and thoughtful conversation, the event pushes the boundaries on topics surrounding women and women in sports, and has offered perspective from groundbreaking people such as: Los Angeles Lakers owner and president Jeanie Buss, WWE chief brand officer Stephanie McMahon, tennis legend and civil rights activist Billie Jean King, award-winning musicians Sheryl Crow and Andra Day, Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, journalist and philanthropist Maria Shriver, Ambassador Madeline Verveer, soccer stars Mia Hamm, Carli Lloyd, Abby Wambach and Alex Morgan, and more.

Interviews, photos and additional content will be posted to espnW.com throughout the Summit. In addition, this year’s experience will be livestreamed from start to finish on espnW.com and via the ESPN App. For more information about The espnW: Women + Sports Summit and to see the complete agenda, please visit espnWsummit.com or follow on Twitter with @espnW and #espnWsummit.
