A compelling ACC football tripleheader highlights Week 11 on ACC Network (ACCN), the new 24/7 national platform dedicated to ACC sports, Saturday, Nov. 9. Included in the slate of games is Florida State at Boston College, No. 19 Wake Forest at Virginia Tech and ACC Network Primetime Football – No. 15 Notre Dame at Duke.

Additionally, The Huddle and All ACC will be live from Duke’s Wallace Wade Stadium for coverage throughout the day.

Florida State at Boston College leads off the action at noon ET, followed by No. 19 Wake Forest at Virginia Tech at 3:30 p.m. ACC Network Primetime Football No. 15 Notre Dame at Duke anchors the day at 7:30 p.m.

“We have the opportunity to showcase three marquee matchups Saturday on while also bringing our signature football program to Duke’s campus as the Blue Devils host Notre Dame,” said ESPN coordinating producer Aaron Katzman. “The Huddle will be onsite and welcomes our coach Mark Richt back to the set. We hope to give fans a full day of insight, analysis and entertainment.”

Saturday’s Slate on ACCN

The Seminoles look to get back on track against Boston College, while the Eagles are coming off a 58-27 win at Syracuse. Saturday’s game in Chestnut Hill is the annual Red Bandana Game recognizing the heroics of Welles Crowther, a former BC lacrosse player, who saved over a dozen lives in the South Tower during the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.The 3:30 p.m. game features No. 19 Wake Forest with the second-best record in the ACC behind undefeated Clemson, traveling to Virginia Tech as the Demon Deacons look to keep pace with the Tigers. Meanwhile, the Hokies are one of only two teams in the Coastal Division in position to win out and capture the division crown.

Capping off the day is ACC Network Primetime Football featuring No. 15 Notre Dame at Duke. The Fighting Irish and Blue Devils last met at South Bend in 2016, with Duke claiming a 38-35 win on a made field goal in the closing minutes of the game. The matchup marks the first for the Fighting Irish on ACCN.

Wes Durham, Roddy Jones and Eric Wood will have the call from Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Mass., Chris Cotter, Mark Herzlich and Kelsey Riggs will be at Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, Va., and Dave O’Brien, Tim Hasselbeck and Katie George will be live from Wallace Wade Stadium, in Durham, N.C.

Mark Richt Returns to The Huddle

ACC Network football analyst Coach Mark Richt rejoins his The Huddle teammates this week following a two-week hiatus.

“I’m excited to be back at work this weekend,” said Richt. “I’m thankful for all of those whom have supported and prayed for me these past weeks as I rested and focused on my health. I can’t wait to rejoin my Huddle teammates – Jac, E-Mac and EJ – this weekend for what will be another exciting Saturday in the ACC.”

The Huddle Primes ACCN Football Tripleheader

The Huddle team – Jac Collinsworth, Eric Mac Lain, EJ Manuel and Richt – will be live from Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium on Duke’s campus from 11 a.m. – noon ahead of the football tripleheader on Saturday. The quartet will be on the field providing insight and analysis pregame and at halftime. Additionally, All ACC will have an exclusive one-hour postgame show with full analysis and live guests from the stadium.

WWII Veteran and Long-time Duke Season Ticket Holder Featured

Duke football and basketball season ticketholder Joseph Collie will be featured during Saturday’s The Huddle. The 94-year old Duke fan has been attending Blue Devil football and basketball games for over 50 years, and this weekend will be no different. Collie is a World War II veteran who grew up in Durham, N.C., and attended the 1942 Rose Bowl played at Duke’s Wallace Wade Stadium – the only Rose Bowl not played in Pasadena, Calif.

Gymratts with Notre Dame Men’s Basketball

The Notre Dame men’s basketball strength and conditioning program will be featured on Gymratts, which debuts on Friday, Nov. 8 at 10 p.m., exclusively on ACCN. The 30-minute show will take viewers inside the Fighting Irish’s new weight room in the newly renovated Rolfs Athletics Hall and puts host Josh “Farb” Goldstein through “metabolic meltdown” – a five-round challenge developed by long-time Irish strength and conditioning coach Tony Rolinski.
