Actress Paula Patton will be the final subject of the second season of Uncensored, TV’s One’s edgy autobiographical docuseries, which airs Sunday night, November 17.

The Jumping the Broom star’s pursuit of happiness hasn’t been an easy journey, especially falling in love and experiencing heartbreak in the public eye. Despite it all, motherhood has been her most fulfilling and best role yet.

Patton’s star in Hollywood rose with big breaks in films including 2006’s Déjà Vu, starring Denzel Washington; and Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, with Tom Cruise, in 2011. Her role as Ms. Rain in the critically acclaimed and award-winning 2009 film Precious, and as producer and star of 2018’s Traffik helped the actress secure more dramatic roles. Patton made her movie debut in 2005’s Hitch, starring Will Smith and Eva Mendes, which she discusses in the clip below:

Don’t miss TV One’s Uncensored‘s Season Two finale featuring Patton on Sunday, November 17 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m.CT.
