On behalf of the “Lower 9th Ward Living Museum” the New Orleans Art Council has commissioned New Orleans native Ted Ellis who is a world renowned famous African American Artist. His artwork has been presented to President Barack Obama at the French Embassy, used by corporations such as Walt Disney, and has been awarded by many national organizations.
