New York’s Miles McEnery Gallery has added artists Warren Isensee and Daniel Rich to its roster. Isensee and Rich were previously represented by Danese/Corey and Peter Blum Gallery, respectively.

Isensee’s illusionistic abstractions explore the formal properties of color and line. His pieces are in the permanent holdings at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York, the Blanton Museum of Art in Austin, Texas, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Buenos Aires in Brazil, and elsewhere.

Rich, who is also a painter, creates vibrant works that often ponder the geometry of urban landscapes. His subjects have included bookshops, stadiums, skylines, and building facades. Rich’s paintings are held in the collections of the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College in Florida, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and the Collezione Maramotti in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and have been shown at the Fralin Museum in Charlottesville, Virginia, Lobe Block in Berlin, Carbon 12 in Dubai, and Perry Rubenstein Gallery in New York, among other venues.
