The Guangzhou Triennial has named the 49 artists from 12 countries who will participate in its sixth edition, which will take place at the Guangdong Museum of Art in Guangzhou, China, from December 21, 2018 to March 10, 2019.

This year’s edition, which is titled “As We May Think: Feedforward,” will focus on “the multiple implications engendered by such a technologically constructed time-space,” according to a release. Wang Shaoqiang, the director of the Guangdong Museum of Art, is the chief director and curator of the archive exhibition at the 2018 Guangzhou Triennial; Angelique Spaninks, Zhang Ga, and Philipp Ziegler are the curators of the triennial’s themed exhibition.
