ESPN platforms will carry a record 345 Little League Baseball and Softball games in 2019, including the full championship events from all divisions for the first time. The record slate across ABC, ESPN’s linear networks and ESPN+, will showcase all Little League Baseball and Softball U.S. regional and World Series action. The month-plus schedule culminates with ESPN’s multi-platform coverage of the 73rd Little League Baseball World Series from Williamsport, Pa., August 15-25.

 Little League Softball

ESPN’s 79-game Little League Softball U.S. Regional schedule begins this Saturday, July 20, on ESPN+ with the start of East, West, Central, Southwest and Southeast Regional action. The Southwest Regional games will be carried on Longhorn Network. Little League Softball U.S. Regional coverage concludes on Monday, July 29, with the Southeast Regional Championship Game at 10 a.m. ET on ESPN+. The five regional champions, four international teams, and a host team will play for the 2019 Little League Softball World Series title at Alpenrose Stadium in Portland, Ore., August 12-14. ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNEWS will combine to carry all 27 games of the tournament. Early round action begins on August 7 on ESPN+.

ESPN’s all-encompassing coverage of Little League Baseball begins August 1 with the first game of the Southwest Regional Tournament. ESPN, ESPN2, Longhorn Network and ESPN+ will showcase all 88 regional tournament games across the eight U.S. divisions as they compete for a trip to Williamsport, Pa. and the Little League Baseball World Series Championship.

The Intermediate, Junior and Senior League Baseball divisions, plus the Junior and Senior League softball divisions will have their entire championship tournaments covered on ESPN+ for the first time, while each championship game will be televised as they have been in recent years.

ESPN’s Little League World Series coverage from Williamsport, Pa., is August 15-25, culminating with the Little League Baseball World Series Championship Game on Sunday the 25th, on ABC. ESPN’s Little League coverage will also include the third annual MLB Little League Classic presented by Geico on Sunday, August 18 as the Pittsburgh Pirates host the Chicago Cubs.
