During the 2019-20 NBA G League season, ESPN+, the leading direct-to-consumer sports streaming service, will stream over 200 regular-season games, including tonight’s 8 p.m. ET matchup between the defending G League champion Rio Grande Valley Vipers and the Oklahoma City Blue. Games will stream live on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the season.

ESPNU and ESPNEWS will broadcast games from the 2019 MGM Resorts NBA G League Winter Showcase, the NBA G League’s premier in-season scouting event, on Thursday, Dec. 19 and Friday Dec. 20 beginning at 3 p.m. ET and Sunday Dec. 22, beginning at 2 p.m. On Saturday Dec. 21, coverage will be available to stream on ESPN+, beginning at 3 p.m. The showcase spans four days and features 28 regular-season games in a tournament format. The championship game will air on ESPN2 Sunday, Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. There will be a $100,000 prize for NBA G League players on the winning team.

In addition to the Winter Showcase, ESPNU and ESPNEWS will combine to televise the 2020 NBA G League Playoffs and Finals. The playoffs begin on Mar. 31 with the first round doubleheader broadcasting on ESPNU. The Playoffs consist of three single-elimination rounds before culminating with a best-of-three NBA G League Finals. The NBA G League Finals tip off on Sunday, Apr. 12.

A record 28 teams will compete in the NBA G League’s 19th season. An all-time-high 42 percent of players on NBA start-of-season rosters had NBA G League experience.  Notable G League alumni include 2019 NBA Most Improved Player and NBA Champion Pascal Siakam, reigning back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year, Rudy Gobert, and NBA All-Star Khris Middleton.  Every NBA team has at least three NBA G League veterans, more than half of NBA teams have at least seven NBA G League veterans, and three NBA clubs (L.A. Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Washington Wizards) have 10 NBA G League veterans on its roster.
