Despite the Winter Olympics in February, ESPN’s NFL, NBA and College Basketball content drove ESPN Digital to the No. 1 spot among all U.S. sports properties for total minutes and average minute audience, as well as total unique users in key demographics.

  • For the first time in the last three Olympic months (Feb 2014, Aug 2016, Feb 2018), ESPN Digital was No. 1 in the U.S. for total minutes with 3.9 billion and an average minute audience of 96,835. Yahoo Sports-NBC Sports Network was No. 2 in February with 3.4 billion and 84,351, respectively.
  • Among U.S. men 18-34, ESPN Digital was No. 1 in February with 17.2 million unique users. Yahoo Sports-NBC Sports Network was No. 2 with 15.7 million. ESPN was also No. 1 in the U.S. among men 18-49 and 25-54.
