Today on Monday Night Countdown (ESPN, 6-8 p.m. ET)

Dallas Cowboys center Travis Frederick, a three-time All-Pro, missed all of the 2018 season with Guillain-Barré Syndrome – an autoimmune disorder that can cause paralysis and even death in some patients.

Though Frederick never experienced these specific symptoms, he suffered a severe loss of strength and fine motor control. More than a year later, Frederick has worked his way back to health and back in the middle of the Cowboys offensive line, a centerpiece who touches the ball in every play on the offense.

Monday Night Countdown reporter Michelle Beisner-Buck tells this story through interviews with Frederick, fellow Cowboys offensive line teammate Zack Martin, and head coach Jason Garrett. (Preview)
