Tamla Horsford, a mother of five who was attending a sleepover for football moms, died of multiple injuries from a fall off a deck at a home in Cumming, Ga., according to AJC.com.
On Nov. 4, Horsford, 40, was found unresponsive in the home’s backyard after falling about 15 feet.

Toxicology test results released on Thursday showed that she had an alcohol level of .238 percent, which is almost three times the legal limit for driving, the report said. A blood test also showed she was highly intoxicated, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Marijuana and Xanax were also found in her system, the report said.
An autopsy of Horsford’s body revealed that the mother broke her wrist and suffered from head and torso trauma. She also had severe injuries to her head, broken vertebrae and laceration to her heart, the GBI autopsy report stated.
“The observed injuries are consistent with those received in a fall,” the GBI report said.
Attendees at the party were interviewed about the incident, but none of them said they saw the Horsford fall.
“She was on the deck alone,” Major Joe Perkins said. “It was a party. They were drinking and planning on staying all night.”
Horsford’s family and friends questioned whether she died as a result of the fall. The family took it upon themselves to hire another medical examiner. Michelle Graves, Horsford’s friend, told Channel 2 Action News the examiner found extensive injuries all over the mother’s body.
“It’s impossible to get the injuries that she had from one fall,” Graves told the television news outlet.
