Baltimore Teachers Surprised with Tablets and Learning Kits for Students

Due to COVID-19, schools were closed in 48 states, affecting approximately 50.8 million public school students. This left many teachers trying to find a way to transition to remote learning. While this has amplified many inequities in our education system, including a digital divide among students, teachers across the nation have continued to step up in inspiring ways to provide the best possible learning experience for their students.

This ‘Act for Good’ is part of Walden University’s Mobilize for Good initiative, celebrating its 50-year history of empowering the greater good through its commitment to positive social change. Click here for more information on the Baltimore Act for Good.
